Prof. Sheeraz Ahmed Department of Computer Sciences, Iqra National University, Peshawar, Pakistan Sheeraz Ahmed received the degree (Hons.) in electrical engineering (communication group) from the University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 1997, the master’s degree in mathematics from the University of Peshawar, in 1999, the M.S.C.S. degree from the City University of Science and Technology, Peshawar, the M.S. degree in computer networks, the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from COMSATS Islamabad, in Spring 2012, and the Ph.D. degree, in Spring 2016. During his stay in Ph.D. program, he published a total of 17 publications both in IF journals of international repute and IEEE conferences. His thesis title was “Towards Cooperative Routing in Underwater and Body Area Wireless Sensor Networks.” He has been engaged in working as the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology, Gomal University, Dera Ismail Khan, Pakistan, in 2017. He is currently working as a Full Professor with the Department of Computer Science, Iqra National University, Peshawar. He has more than 190 publications to his credit with more than 30 IF journals, 42 non-IF journals, and rest IEEE conferences. He has the honor to be a first researcher to establish a Research Academy in Pakistan by the name of the Career Dynamics Research Centre. His research interests include underwater sensor networks, body area networks, vehicular ad hoc networks, smart homes, and smart grid. |

Prof. Hailang Pan Nanjing University of Science and Technology, China Visiting scholar of the University of California, San Diego, visiting starfish scholar of the State Key Laboratory of satellite marine environmental dynamics, presided over the general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the national science and technology support program, the open research fund of the State Key Laboratory of satellite marine environmental dynamics, and participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation projects, 973 program topics Jiangsu Provincial Department of science and technology has published more than 30 academic papers, authorized more than 10 national invention patents, participated in the formulation of one national standard and one industry standard, published a monograph in the electronic industry press and was rated as the monograph of the 12th Five Year Plan of the Ministry of industry and information technology. He won the second prize of the 14th National "spark Cup" creation and invention competition, the third prize of the science and technology award of the Chinese Sports Science Association, and served as a member of the biometric sub Technical Committee of the National Information Technology Standardization Technical Committee and the professional committee of the sports biology branch of the Jiangsu Sports Science Association. Prof.Hong Huang Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China He graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a doctorate in economics in 2010. He once taught in the Department of Finance, School of Economics and Management, Southeast University. He joined the Institute of Social and Economic Studies of Nanjing Audit University in November 2016. He has published many papers in European Journal of Operational Research, Information Economics and Policy, Journal of Economics, Journal of Competition Law and Economics, Journal of Management Science, China Management Science and other domestic and foreign journals. Preside over one National Natural Science Foundation project and one National Social Science Foundation project respectively. He also served as an anonymous peer reviewer of European Journal of Operational Research, Journal of Operational Research Society, Journal of Economics, Information Economics and Policy, Journal of Management Science and other domestic and foreign journals. At present, he is a member of the Royal Society of Economics and an expert in the provincial development and reform commission. |

Assoc. Prof. Xiaohao Cai School of Electronics and Computer Science, University of Southampton, UK Xiaohao Cai is a Lecturer (Assistant Professor equivalent) in the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton. He received his PhD degree in mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012. He afterwards was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Mathematics of the Technische Universitat Kaiserslautern in Germany. After that he was a Research Fellow (Wellcome Trust and Issac Newton Trust) affiliated with the Department of Plant Sciences and Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics at the University of Cambridge. Thenceforth, before joining Southampton, he was a Research Fellow in the Mullard Space Science Laboratory (MSSL) at University College London (UCL). He is Fellow of Advance HE in the UK. He has broad multi-disciplinary research interests in applied mathematics, statistics, and computer science, with main focus and applications in image/signal/data processing, optimisation, machine learning and computer vision. He has published over 40 peer-reviewed papers on top journals such as SIAM journals and IEEE transactions. |

Assistant Professor Vishwesh Akre Higher Colleges of Technology, Dubai, UAE Dr. Vishwesh Akre works as Division Chair for Computer Information Science Program at the Higher Colleges of Technology - Dubai Women's College, United Arab Emirates. He has a doctoral degree from University of Salford in United Kingdom. He is sincerely involved in academic research, having published more than 50 research papers in peer reviewed journals and international conferences. Some of the academic and research projects supervised by him have won awards at University competitions. He is an active professional member of the IEEE and is involved in their events and conferences as part of the UAE Section Executive Committee. His current research interest focuses on Smart Cities, Internet of Things (IoT), Open Source Software, Higher Education. |
